HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 business days to receive your item via standard delivery.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and/or defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
Customs vibe has the right to refuse returns that has passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
